What do I need to get started?

To get started, all you need is a computer and some free time. Some previous customers have launched their website within a few days of purchase and some take their time to perfect the site.

There’s no set timeline, it’s totally up to you.

Whats included in the monthly fee?

You get:

Full setup of your chosen website template
Hosting and backups
Email/chat support
Free redesign after 2 years
Access to edit your site anytime

Optional extras like eCommerce setup or done-for-you updates are available for a one-off fee or upgrade.

Is there a minimum contract or minimum term?

No lock-ins. You pay month to month, and you can cancel anytime.

How long does it take to launch my site?

Once we have your content and domain details, most sites go live within 3–5 business days.

Can I sell products or take bookings?

Yes! We offer an optional eCommerce or booking system setup for a one-off fee. We’ll get it all connected and show you how to manage it.

Can I switch templates later?

Yes — and if you’ve been with us for 24 months, we’ll redesign your site for free using any of our new templates.

What if I don’t know what to write or include?

We’ll guide you through a short content form to make it easy. If you need help, we’re happy to give you tips on what works best.

What platform is it built on?

Your site is built on WordPress, using a custom visual editor. It’s reliable, flexible, and easy to update — without coding.

What kind of support do I get?

You’ll have access to friendly, human support via chat and email — no bots, no call centres.

We’re here to help with:

Making changes or edits
Using the visual editor
Questions about your plan or billing
Troubleshooting anything technical

We usually reply within 1 business day (often sooner).

If you’re on a support plan (like the Done-With-You or Care Plan), we’ll also handle regular updates for you — just leave a note or comment and we’ll take care of it.
