30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you’re not happy with your LiteSite subscription in the first 30 days, we’ll give you a full refund — no hard feelings.
To request a refund, email
hello@litesite.nz with your name, website domain name, and reason for cancelling within 30 days of sign-up.
This guarantee applies to your first payment only and does not include any micro services or one-off work already completed.
Ongoing cancellations
LiteSite is a monthly subscription service with no lock-in contracts. You can cancel anytime by:
Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. We don’t offer pro-rata refunds for unused time.
Your website will remain live until your paid month ends, after which it will be taken offline unless a buyout or export is arranged.
Buyout option – keep your site forever
If you cancel but want to
keep your website and move it elsewhere, you can purchase a one-time Template Buyout.
Template Buyout: $499 NZD+GST
What’s included:
- A full export of your site files (WordPress + Elementor)
- Help transferring your site to a new host (if needed)
- Continued access to edit your site independently
Note: This gives you full ownership of the template, customisation, and content as it stands on the day of export. Ongoing support, hosting, or updates are not included once you leave the LiteSite platform.
Refunds for Micro-Services or add-ons
Micro services, custom add-ons, and one-off upgrade work are not eligible for refunds once delivered. If there’s ever an issue with quality or scope, let us know — we’re always happy to make it right.
Missed payments
If a payment fails or your subscription remains unpaid for 14 days, your website may be paused. We’ll send reminders and give you a chance to update your billing details before taking your site offline.
